Shreya Krishnaswami
2009 - For the first time students of Eastern fare Music Foundation appeared for Trinity Guildhall Graded Exam. Shreya Krishnaswami, majoring in Piano, scored the highest in Bangalore with an outstanding 98%, followed by Nimisha (97%), Anand PM (96%), Aryan Shetty (94%) and V. Deepa (92 %). 2010 - Jim Ankan Deka, director of Eastern Fare, Bangalore, was invited as the Judge for the music competition "Western Electric" of Kammavari Sangam Institute of Technology (KSIT), Bangalore's annual event "Ananya '10".

2010 - Eastern Fare Production House was launched equipped with two recording studios, jam room and a production house to help upcoming bands and music students to record their singles, albums and music videos.

2010 - Eastern Fare launched the Eastern Fare Club with bands - Veenar and Eastern Fare.

2010 - Eastern Fare Music Foundation started the philanthropic initiative - Count Your Blessings.

2011 - Two of the trainers Anand Pilakkat and Jim Ankan of Eastern Fare were invited to Channabasaveshwara Institute of Technology (CIT), Tumkur, India as Guests/Judges for the music competitions "Western Vocal Group" and "Western Vocal Solo" of the VTU's (Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, Karnataka) "12th Inter Collegiate Youth Fest".

2011 - Eastern Fare Production House produced its first travel documentary - "Nagaland - journey through the choir of clods" with the help from US based Schuyler Ellers (narrator and host) and Parmita Borah (script-writer). (Read more in IMDB)

2012 - Two of the directors Ankur Deka and Jim Ankan of Eastern Fare Music Foundation were invited as a Judges for the western group and solo music competitions "Lake Side Dreams" and "Sargam" at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur's annual festival "Spring Fest".

2012 - Eastern Fare Production House started making Student Videos for online publishing on portals like YouTube and Facebook.

2012 - Eastern Fare published its first book Elandhu - a cllection of short stories by Assamese writer Nalini Prava Deka.

2012 - Two of the directors Jim Ankan and Ankur Deka of Eastern Fare were invited as Judges for the Indian group music competition "Raga High" and instrumental music competition "Rhapsody" at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati's annual festival "Alcheringa".

2012 - Two of the music teachers Ashok Singha and Jim Ankan Deka of Eastern Fare Music Foundation were invited as Judges for the rock music competition "Rock Hammer" organised by INAC - Indian National Autocross Championship, Bangalore.

2013 - Jim Ankan Deka, director of Eastern Fare, Bangalore was invited as a Judge and Mentor for the music competition "Idea Rocks India Talent Hunt" organised by Idea Cellular in association with Fountainhead Promotions and Events Pvt. Ltd.

2013 - Eastern Fare started an innovative program inTune which collates Music Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programs, and Interactive Games designed for corporate houses and office goers.
